Psalm 119 t

Leader: Let our supplications come before you; deliver us according to your promise.

People: Our lips will pour forth praise, because you teach us your statutes.

Leader: Our tongues will sing of your promise, for all your commandments are right.

People: Let your hand be ready to help us, for we have chosen your precepts.

Leader: We long for your salvation, O LORD, and your law is our delight.

People: Let us live that we may praise you, and let your ordinances help us, for we do not forget your commandments.

Heavenly Father, You have given us many precious promises. You have spoken to us through the prophets and the psalmists in the Bible. You have spoken to us truly in Your Holy Word. You always do and say that which is honorable, just, loving, trustworthy, and true. We can depend on You for everything each day, and we give our lives, our fortunes, and our futures unreservedly to You. We thank You for teaching us how to pray by word and example through Your Son, who taught us to pray, “Our Father. . .” Amen.
