Psalm 19b
For Palm Sunday

Leader: The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the Lord are sure, making wise the simple.

People: The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of the Lord is clear, enlightening the eyes.

Leader: The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

People: More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold. Sweeter also than honey, and drippings of the honeycomb.

Unison: Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

Lord Jesus, on this glorious Palm Sunday, we honor You with our lives and possessions. Indeed, our very lives and eternal salvation depend upon You as King of the universe, Messiah, Lord, and Savior. We trust in You, Your sacrificial service and death on the cross in our behalf, and Your resurrection from the dead. We come into Your presence daily as Your servants. And we pray to God our Father in the power of the Holy Spirit: “Our Father. . .”
