Psalm 21

Leader: In your strength we rejoice, O Lord, and in your help we exult greatly!

People: You meet us with rich blessings; and give us length of days forever and ever.

Leader: You bestow on us blessings forever; you make us glad with the joy of your presence.

People: Through the steadfast love of the Most High we shall not be moved. Be exalted, O Lord, in your strength! We will sing and praise your power forever.

Heavenly Father, we trust in You, even as we trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We trust in Your word, and in Your many demonstrations of strength to help all those in need, especially those who call out to You in prayer. You have continually blessed us in ways innumerable. And most especially, You have promised us the free gift of forgiveness and eternal life through Your only Son, Jesus the Messiah. We find great joy in the opportunity to worship You this day. We sing Your praises for the love and peace that You have poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, Who indwells us and directs our thoughts toward You as we pray: “Our Father. . .”
