Psalm 25 c

Leader: For your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon our guilt, for it is great. Who are they that fear the Lord? He will teach them the way that they should choose.

People: They will abide in prosperity, and their children shall possess the land. The friendship of the Lord is for those who fear him, and he makes his covenant known to them.

Leader: My eyes are ever toward the Lord, for he will pluck my feet out of the net.

People: Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted. Relieve the troubles of my heart, and bring me out of my distress. Consider my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all my sins.

Unison: May integrity and uprightness preserve us, for we wait for you.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your divine protection, and pray that You would guide us daily as we seek to serve You in a world that has strayed far from Your word and ways. Help us teach others the truth about You by the way we live and speak. Help us pray truly as Jesus Christ taught us to pray: “Our Father. . .”
