Gregor: The Afterlight and Cowboy Tales from Roaring Rapids Ranch

Two worlds share this banner — one beneath the earth, the other beneath the western sun. On the right, Gregor and Luxa stand ready to protect the Underland from its enemies, both internal and external. They carry the weight of destiny, but together they are lifted by hope and courage. On the left, Jake sits with a stray Sheperd-mix that he found starving and alone in a pasture. Adopting him, he named him Boone, and the dog became a loyal friend to a man who has seen storms and learned to watch the horizon in peace.

In The Afterlights, youth and wisdom, adventure and reflection, meet in the same spirit. These family-friendly stories may come from different worlds, but they ride the same wind of courage, loyalty, and heart.

“Two heroes, one horizon — the worlds of Gregor: The Afterlight and Roaring Rapids Ranch now ride together under the same sky.”

Roaring Rapids Ranch

Western stories of Jake, Boone, and life on the Roaring Rapids Ranch — stories told from a campfire or an old rocking chair on our 1880's porch, about cattle, rustlers, and life on the range now kept safely in the ranch office of Bern and Cole.

About Our Storytelling

At the heart of every story we tell — whether in Gregor: The Afterlight or in the Roaring Rapids Ranch saga — lies a truth that no machine can replicate: human imagination and heart.

Our stories are hand-crafted. Every scene, painting, and page is shaped with purpose and care. The worlds we build are not random blends of language, but living spaces filled with emotion, history, and conviction. From Luxa’s violet-lit council chambers to Jake’s dawn rides along the Roaring River, every detail carries meaning.

We use technology only as a brush, never as a substitute for the artist. Each chapter, dialogue, and visual follows a creative partnership where vision leads and craft follows. What results is not automated fiction — it’s co-authored storytelling: grounded in human experience, lifted by imagination, and guided by intention.

Our readers deserve stories that breathe. We don’t flood the market with fast words; we cultivate lasting worlds. That’s what sets us apart, and that’s what keeps our stories alive.
